I'm cheerin' for all six African teams: Algeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria and South Africa. I'm also stanning for my favorites France (practically an African team anyway) and the legendary Brazil.  If Les Bleus get far then disappoint like in '06, I will most def-o be weeping, good thing my Pops & Cuzin won't be around to tease me. Spain are by default, fav'rites - it's all about Fernando Torres and summer '08 watching the Euro Cup with the craaazy Spainish mob.

Today the U.S play England - I've no true feelings for England, its an 'in the moment' thing. iLike individual English players in the Premier League, but iCaaaaaan't get fully behind the lads as a national team. Seeing England get beat would be a moment for glee, bec the country's puttin' soooo much pressure on winning. Also Fabio Capello left out my boy, Theo Walcott, he's being all secretive about today's team and his whole 'I exist to win, nothing else'  quote is much too obsessive aggressive for me. And then there's all the OTT advertising, Lawwwwd! But OTOH, what joy can there be in England getting beat by America? Nahhhh, let England win! Dunno much abt the U.S team, but do they have anyone better or as good as John Terry, Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney?

Argentina play Nigeria - ahhh Naija all the way. Yea Argentina's a better team, but this aint about that.

Greece play South Korea...South Korea's faaar from the strongest team and Greece has been know for its blunders ('94 World Cup), but to be honest I'm not really bovvered.
